The ‘I AM A SELF’ program is a 4 month program that helps you to identify the realistic and achievable vision you want for you and your familys’ lives, building a plan and making it a reality
- 10 one-one coaching sessions, in person, via phone or zoom (your choice)

- Weekly challenges to stimulate progress
Let’s get focused
Dive in to all the areas of your life and figure out what is working and what is not. We will systematically look at all aspects from the back to basics of your day to day, like what time you get up, how much time you spend flicking through your social media feed to how fulfilled you feel with the overall direction of your life including your health, relationships and career. This will enable us to get clarity on where we need to focus our efforts.
Dream your dream
Here we will really delve into what form you want those areas we uncovered in the first phase to take. This might be as simple as becoming a morning person or as big as a change in career that will make you feel more fulfilled. We will work to set your vision using tools and techniques that speak to you and challenge them to make sure they are your dreams and not what someone else expects them to be. Having a clear vision and focus will mean that your efforts get results, rather than being scattered like dandelion seeds on the wind.
Build a bridge
This is the meat of the program where we will determine what needs to be done to get you from where you are today to where you want to be and start putting it into action, beginning with the foundation of building good habits. Bridges are built from the foundation up, so we will start on some of the smaller things to give you confidence and add from there. These could start from working on setting your alarm and getting out of bed without hitting snooze to actually walking into that business you’ve been wanting to work for and asking them for a job.
Round it out
After all the amazing progress you’ve made in the last 12 or so weeks we will recap on what you’ve learned about yourself and how you can use your new tools to take that forward to make your desired changes into the future.
